Editor
I have worked on numerous projects within the editor, ranging from new form fields to advanced functionalities like visibility conditions and calculations. Additionally, I've made usability improvements such as preview options and reorganizing the information architecture.
The form editor is one of the most crucial parts of the app. It's where the process templates are built and configured.
Its goal is to standardize processes, making them as streamlined and simple as possible. It includes advanced features, so it's essential to ensure its use is intuitive.
Form
Parallel was created with the aim of assisting in the colletion of information, making the form a key part of the product.
It's a portal where the user's client must upload the necessary documentation for their work, so the experience and usability of this interface are crucial.
In this part I have been able to deepen in the behaviour of each type of field of the form, in all its variables and states.
Since we don't have direct contact with the users of this interface, we conduct user testing to identify friction points and areas for improvement.
Dashboard
The dashboard is the main view for all processes created in Parallel.
It serves as the users' workspace, so my goal is to make it easy for them to organize it according to their needs and find what they are looking for effortlessly.
Starting from the initial table, I have worked on several projects to enhance the dashboard, such as introducing labels, creating folders, customizing views, and allowing column personalization.
Reports
The Reports page is the favorite part for administrators. For the first time, legal teams have KPIs and metrics to report to the business.
The goal is for them to monitor the metrics of each type of process they manage in Parallel.
The reports project involved understanding the user's needs and determining which metrics could be most useful.
It also allowed me to work on data visualization through the design of simple yet clear and easy-to-understand graphics.
CRM
Currently, it's a project that is still in development and is essentially another product within Parallel.
Its aim is to store the information obtained through the forms in objects or profiles, which are interlinked and provide alerts when any data is about to expire.
This project has allowed me to delve into the operation and needs of a CRM.
Being integrated with the forms posed a significant user experience challenge to ensure the transfer of information was as intuitive and straightforward as possible.
